Securo Net was founded in 2025 by Dennis Bialik in Paderborn. We build Securo Hub ourselves, run it ourselves and support our customers ourselves — with no call centre in between.
Why we built it ourselves
The software available to security companies was either made for other industries or so old that any change took months. So we started building — together with the companies that use it. Features a customer actually needs ship in days here, not in release cycles.
The bar we set: whoever calls talks to someone who knows the code.
What we hold ourselves to
Data-minimal by design
We collect what the process needs, not what is technically possible. Processing agreements and deletion rules exist before the first line of code.
Status stated openly
Modules we are extending especially actively right now carry a “Beta” label on the platform page. We do not sell a roadmap as a product.
A short line
Your contact helped build the software. Requests do not end up in a vendor's ticket queue.
Later rather than half-done
We delay a release when a detail is off. It costs us deadlines and saves you bad data.
Developed and supported in Germany, hosted in the EU
Arminiusstra ße 3, 33100 Paderborn. Development and support sit here, the Hub's servers sit in the EU. Where a service runs outside it – such as AI features or voice transmission for radio – we tell you up front.
