The DIN sheet is the editor
Address, subject, body and signature are typed directly on the sheet — in the same dimensions as the PDF, compliant with DIN 5008. “Print view” shows the sheet without empty fields, as it arrives.
Recipients from CRM or HR
One click into the address field: free text, a customer from the CRM or an employee from HR — the address is copied in and stays editable.
Formatting as you know it
Bold, italic, font size, bulleted and numbered lists in the body; subject, salutation, closing, name and position are each formatted as a whole line.
Draft with AI
The AI drafts or revises the body text and suggests a subject — every suggestion is shown before you accept it. With Securo Letter Pro and an AI licence.

Your own templates in the same editor as the letter, with “Insert placeholder” for recipient, sender or appointment — plus a catalogue of ready-made, DIN-compliant standard letters to adopt.
Stored signatures
Set up a signature per person, handwritten or typed (“p.p. …”), with name and position — picked in the letter with one click and printed, including for postal mail.
PDF enclosures & invoices
Upload PDFs or search for invoices and attach them — their real pages appear behind the letter in the print view and count towards postage. With Securo Letter Pro.

Mail merge
One template plus recipients from CRM, HR or CSV produces many personalised letters; our reference, contact, phone and email are entered once for all. With Securo Letter Pro.
Two ways to deliver
A single letter as a PDF download or by post, a mail merge bundled as a ZIP or as postal mail — you decide per letter or per run.
Postal mail with a real print preview
See the envelope check, the recognised address and the final cost before anything is printed — only “Release for print” sends the letter, as registered mail if you like. With the Securo Letter postal add-on.
Quota & monthly budget
Every organisation has a quota of postal dispatches; the “Postal mail” tab shows what is left. An optional monthly budget adds protection against unintended costs.

Logo, accent colour and typeface as a profile — the default profile is applied to every new letter automatically.
The logo in the right place
Set alignment, distance from the top and height of the logo per letterhead — the height is capped so the logo never reaches into the window envelope’s address field.
Custom footer
Up to four columns with placeholders such as contact or letter number, your own font size, colours and page number — in the same place on every page.
